


What is the TPI Level 1 Assessment?
The TPI Level 1 Assessment combines the TPI Physical Screen with the TPI "Big 15" Swing Assessment to evaluate how your body and swing work together. By identifying mobility, stability, strength, and movement limitations alongside key swing characteristics, the assessment uncovers the root causes of inefficient mechanics and provides a personalized roadmap to improve performance, increase distance, enhance consistency, and reduce injury risk.
You will receive: Detailed Physical and Swing Assessment Results, as well as a set of exercises that can help address limitations we may find. The MyTPI app keeps track of all of your results and guides you through your workout.

Anyone looking to improve their golf swing mechanics and prevent injury benefits from this test.
How long does the assessment take?
The entire TPI Level 1 assessment usually takes about 40-60 minutes. Adding the Power Assessment will make it 60-70 minutes total.
Is prior golf experience needed?
No, the assessment is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to pros.
What equipment is required?
Just comfortable clothing and your driver is all you need.
